Shipping policy

Most items will be shipped USPS Standard Shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship orders. Any custom orders, resizing and repair orders depending upon supply availability, should allow 5-10 business days for shipping. (Business Days exclude weekends).

Once USPS is in possession of your package, we cannot promise or guarantee that your package will arrive by the date provided by USPS.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated by USPS. Fees and delivery times are based on where the items are being shipped to and total weight of items. Our company does not determine the shipping fees or estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

USPS Shipping Delays, Please Read:

**NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES.**

By placing an order on our website, you agree to and understand that USPS delays of 1-4 weeks are a possibility. Unexpected shipping delays are completely out of our control and we ask that you keep this in mind when requesting information about late packages/delivery times.

Once USPS is in possession of your package, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive by the date provided by USPS.

Tracking:

All orders will receive a USPS tracking number once processing is completed. If you use Gmail, please check your spam and social folders, as certain emails do land in these folders often.

Order Shows Delivered, Items Not Received:

Please contact your local USPS office first for assistance with recovering your misdelivered items. If they are unable to provide a resolution or recover your items, email us at info@destinydesigns7.com.

**Our company, nor USPS, is responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address you provided us.**

Once a tracking number has been issued, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the items are damaged or the wrong item was received.
